A mentor is someone who teaches or gives help and advice to a less experienced and often younger person. In an organizational setting, a mentor influences the personal and professional growth of a mentee. The designated mentors of Lero OSPO are experienced in Open Source or Open Science and form the steering committee od OSPO. They are here to help all Lero members with their Open Science or Open Source activities.
